9am Slow Flow
Slow Flow: A journey through mindful movement with an deliberately slower pace and longer held poses. This class emphasizes the importance of the breath to align mind, body, and spirit. Recommended knowledge of Sun Salutation A.
Yin/Nidra: A perfect blend of release and relaxation. The first portion of the class is yin postures focused to release blocked energies and deep stress and tension held in the bodies. The second part of the class is a full yoga nidra practice (guided meditation) to plant positive seeds of intention to manifest what you want for your life, as well as deeply rejuvenate and heal the mind, body, and spirit.
Yin: A practice consisting of passive postures with longer holds (3 mins and up). The focus is on the deeper layers of the body, connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and joints, allowing for the release of deep-rooted toxins and an increased flow of prana. A great practice to decrease stress and inflammation, learning to relax and be in stillness.
