About Kate Shipp
In today's busy world, we wear many hats.
This can lead to loss of our sense of self.
As a wife, mom of two, and business owner, I fully understand this stress.
From a young age, intuitive holistic therapies have been a large part of my life. I worked with various healers and shamans, learning about meditation, self-awareness, natural remedies, the chakras and the energetic body.
If our mind, body, and spirit are not in alignment physical manifestations happen in our bodies in the form of disease.
After having my first child, I needed a practice to help relieve stress and anxiety. I attended my first yoga class and finally found the alignment of my mind, body, and spirit.
Through a consistent and regular yoga practice, I realize that peace, joy, and love exist within and around me at all times.
I integrate the teachings of yoga into my daily life, remembering that through conscious choices we create our experience of life.
My journey through yoga teacher training, yoga therapy training and various energy healing modalities helped me fully embrace my intuitive gifts.
This is my message for you:
You are intuitive.
You are your own greatest healer.
You have the ability to connect within.
You are a Spiritually Embodied Being. . .
. . . and deserve to live a life guided by your heart.
I specialize in working with clients privately to create an offering that best meets you where you are on all levels of being. I welcome the opportunity to empower you to transform your life and create the life you desire.
